Ordering.
On placing your order, our aim is to dispatch within two working days. Our postage and packing of £3.60 is to U K mainland only. For other areas please contact us. If possible, please give us a delivery address where somebody will be able to receive your honey during the working day.
Delivery.
If you have specific delivery instructions then please advise us at the time of ordering. Where possible we would advise taking delivery at a home or business premises where someone will be available throughout working hours. However, it is also possible to send goods to a neighbour. A contact telephone number for the delivery address can also be helpful to the courier.
Prices
The price of each type of honey is displayed with the relevant image and information. These prices are subject to change without notice. All our products are subject to availability but we do endeavour to maintain our stock levels.
Cancellation, Complaints and Returns.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods for whatever reason. If your order is damaged, incomplete, misdescribed or the products are unsatisfactory in any way, we will refund you the total cost of your order including postage and packaging. If cancelling for any other reasons you will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us, upon receipt of your returned goods you will be refunded within 30 days.
Please check your order on delivery. Please do not return any goods until you have spoken to us as your feedback is important to us to improve our service.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
